It will appear at the time of the games of slaughter:

When the buried will go out from their tombs.
Slaughter may represent a sacrifice (of 100 bulls according to the initial definition of the term) or the Olympic games (the French word is also used to name a ball game) - The quatrain could refer to cloning of dead persons cells or some technological experience in the future.
